Andy Warhol was a key influence at the forefront of the 1960’s American Pop Art movement. Warhol gained worldwide recognition for his pop art style paintings of everyday consumer goods like Campbell soup cans, as well as silkscreen prints of Marilyn Monroe.
When rendering commercial objects for advertising, Warhol devised a technique that created a stylistically characteristic image. Warhol’s printmaking process and distinctive imagery have been used in advertising as a technique for making Pop Art paintings.
ACXchange is looking to buy all Warhol artworks, including screen prints, lithographs, silkscreen posters, limited editions, re-prints, unique edition prints, paintings and sculptures.
